EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences except when used as a child/adult/health care facility; 20% of contiguous hotel/motel rooms; private/semiprivate rooms of long term care facilities; private clubs when not open to the public; and outdoor areas of employment. Amended to also exempt tobacco retail stores and cigar bars.
