A bill to ban smoking in most in most public places and places of employment in Tennessee is set to be heard by House Agricultural Committee Wednesday.

The Senate version of the bill, sponsored by Sen. Jim Tracy (R-Shelbyville) has already passed the full senate.

The bill makes expeditions for establishments which only allow patrons 21-year-old or older, as well as smoking hotel rooms, nursing homes, cigar bars, and private clubs.
