EXEMPTIONS: Smoking is allowed in private residences except when used as a licensed child/adult/health care facility; private clubs when not open to the public, hotel/motel rooms, specialty tobacco stores; tobacco manufacturers; and private and semiprivate rooms in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
