This bill amends the NJ Smokefree Air Act to permit publicly-operated residential facilities to prohibit smoking on their grounds if smoking cessation program offered. Publicly-operated residential facilities include county operated nursing homes, State veterans’ homes, State-operated developmental centers, and State or county operated psychiatric hospitals.
