The bill was amended and replaced. The bill would allow cities of the first class to issue restaurants a “full-service” restaurant license, which would prohibit smoking. The bill was amended to allow municipalities and counties to issue additional on-sale alcoholic beverage licenses, but the bill no longer addresses smoking.
