This bill creates an exemption to allow smoking in private clubs, bingo halls, country clubs and any other private facilities that do not permit people under age 18. This exemption could easily be used to call a bar or restaurant a private facility. Enclosed ventilated smoking rooms are also allowed in these establishments. The bill also changes the definition of "cigarette" and "roll your own" and changes signage requirements.
