The battle over smoking in Tennessee's public places is ready to light up again.

The organization that started the push to ban smoking in most Tennessee restaurants is preparing to go back to state lawmakers to lobby to get smoking prohibited in all restaurants and bars without exceptions.

When Tennessee's smoking ban went into effect in October, restaurants had the option of either going smoke free or only serving patrons 21 or older.

Most restaurant owners chose to go smoke free, but they say results have been mixed.
