HB2007 - ( partial preemption repeal; trigger clause) - A bill relating to smoking ordinances in Northern Virginia - Incorporated into HB1703

This bill gives local control to four counties and five cities in Northern Virginia to enact smokefree ordinances for restaurants, but the ordinances cannot go into effect unless the cities and counties enact concurrent ordinances containing identical provisions regulating smoking in restaurants that cover two-thirds of their collective population.
