This bill amends the current Clean Indoor Air Act to create an exemption that would allow smoking in cigar bars, which are defined as establishments located in a professional sports venue that make at least 10% of gross annual revenue from cigar sales, prohibit anyone under age 21, and do not allow smoking of any tobacco products other than cigars.
